Making an Appointment

• The practice is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
• Applicants should attend 30 minutes prior to the booked appointment time.
• Please allow around an hour for your appointment.
• All appointment prices include a non-refundable fee of £80.
• Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

What to Bring

• Valid passport (mandatory)
• GP Reports or Hospital clinic letters covering any past or existing medical conditions

The Examination

• Please allow 1.5 to 2 hours from arrival for your appointment.
• The Belgium medical includes a chest X-ray and physical medical examination.
• You may be required to dress down to your underwear and will be provided with a gown.
• The completed Certificate will be posted to you with 24-hour tracked delivery within 3 working days.
