How to Request a Repeat Prescription
- By telephone: call 020 7589 8965 during practice hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm)

Prescription fee: £25 (prescription only) or £280 (with phone consultation). Controlled drug prescriptions: £35.
