Directions
By Underground
The nearest station is Knightsbridge (Piccadilly Line). Take the Harrods/Sloane Street exit. Turn right onto Basil Street. Basil Mansions is approximately 100 metres along on the left.
Sloane Square station (Circle and District Lines) is a 10-minute walk. Exit the station and walk north along Sloane Street. Turn left onto Basil Street.
By Car
Basil Street runs between Sloane Street and Hans Road, parallel to the Brompton Road. Metered parking is available on surrounding streets, including Hans Crescent and Hans Road.
The nearest car parks are the Harrods NCP car park on Hans Crescent and the Pavilion Road car park behind Sloane Street. Both are within a 5-minute walk of the practice.
By Bus
Several bus routes stop on Brompton Road and Sloane Street, close to the practice. Routes include 14, 74, 414, C1, 19, 22, 137, 452 and 360.
The nearest bus stops are on Brompton Road outside Harrods and on Sloane Street at the Knightsbridge junction. Both are a 2-minute walk from Basil Mansions.

Accessibility and Special Requirements
Wheelchair Access
Basil Mansions has a number of steps at its entrance and is not easily wheelchair accessible. However, we will always make reasonable adjustments. We can aid access with an evacuchair, offer a home visit, or with adequate notice arrange to see you at another location or arrange a ramp for access.
Interpreter Services
We can offer interpreter services as required, including British Sign Language, via The Language Shop. Please let us know when booking if you require an interpreter so we can arrange this in advance.
Assistance Dogs
We welcome assistance dogs at the practice. Please note that for the comfort and safety of all patients, dogs other than registered assistance dogs are not permitted in the building.
